Tania B. Berger is an associate with law firm of Carlson & Jayakumar where she performs legal research and trial preparation in the areas of labor and employment, insurance and healthcare law. She has experience in litigation matters involving employment law in addition to contractual matters regarding employee compensation. Mrs. Berger provides assistance to the founding partners of Carlson & Jayakumar in all aspects of trial preparation for a range of claims including discrimination, wrongful termination, and business litigation matters. Mrs. Berger received her J.D. in 2009 from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law where she participated in various honors programs. Mrs. Berger received her B.A. degree from the University of Southern California in 2001. Prior to joining Carlson & Jayakumar, Mrs. Berger was a summer associate at Newmeyer & Dillion, where she assisted in litigation proceedings and trial preparations in an array of practice areas including business, labor, and employment law. Prior to that, Mrs. Berger gained experience at the Office of the District Attorney of Los Angeles where she participated in trial preparation and legal research.
