Helen Chae MacLeod is an associate with the law firm of Carlson & Jayakumar where she conducts trial preparation and legal research for all aspects of employment and labor law. Ms. MacLeod has trial experience in an array of business matters, litigating matters involving business and contract disputes and patent law. Ms. MacLeod attends litigation proceedings and advocates for employers on a weekly basis against employment claims. Ms. MacLeod received her J.D. in 1997 from the University of Minnesota Law School and her B.A. in Economics in 1990 from Haverford College. Prior to joining Carlson & Jayakumar, Ms. MacLeod was a Senior Associate at Howrey LLP where she managed a variety of litigation matters and represented several large businesses in legal matters. Prior to that, Ms. MacLeod was Corporate Counsel for Oracle Corporation where she was responsible for managing commercial disputes involving contracts and business torts.
