Matthew Stokke is an associate at Carlson & Jayakumar LLP where he practices all aspects of healthcare law, general corporate law, and related litigation. He has dealt extensively with businesses in matters of company formation, contract drafting, negotiations, compliance, copyrights, and trademark registration. A longtime musician/entrepreneur with an academic concentration in entertainment law, Matt also has experience in matters involving individuals and companies in the entertainment and fashion industry.
Matt received his J.D. from Loyola Law School after completing the Entertainment Law Concentration Program. While at Loyola, Matt actively participated in student organizations as Vice President of the Immigration Law Society and member of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society, La Raza de Loyola, and the Public Interest Law Foundation. In addition, Matt gained practical experience interning at The Kernan Law Firm, Chop Shop Music Supervision, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, Immigration Law Clinic of Loyola, and El Rescate legal services.
