Gagan Grover Vaideeswaran is an associate attorney at Carlson & Jayakumar, LLP, where she practices all aspects of employment law, healthcare law, and business litigation. Her practice is focused on representing and counseling employers regarding the hiring process, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, disability accommodations, privacy in the workplace, and wage and hour issues. Ms. Vaideeswaran also advises licensed healthcare professionals and medical groups regarding corporate and healthcare laws.
Ms. Vaideeswaran received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and received her B.A. from Emory University. Ms. Vaideeswaran has been on the board for the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California since 2014, and is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Employment Law Section.
Prior to joining Carlson & Jayakumar, Ms. Vaideeswaran practiced bankruptcy litigation with an emphasis on representing the interests of major banking and financial institutions in federal and state courts. She has experience in a wide variety of disputes, including matters involving creditors’ rights, breach of contract, enforcement of notes and guarantees, and other related matters.
