Jasmine Dos Santos is an associate at Carlson & Jayakumar LLP where she practices all aspects of employment law, healthcare law, and business litigation. Her practice has focused on representing and counseling employers regarding the hiring process, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, disability accommodations, privacy in the workplace, and wage and hour issues. She also represents licensed healthcare professionals and professional corporations in private health insurance audits and investigations. Prior to joining Carlson & Jayakumar, Jasmine represented national employers, major retailers, health plans, international pharmaceutical companies and various organizations facing a wide variety of legal issues in federal and state courts, including antitrust and unfair competition, breach of contract, construction defect, copyright infringement, defamation, fraud, insurance coverage, wrongful termination, and unfair business practices. Jasmine received her J.D. from the University of Southern California where she served as executive articles editor for the Southern California Law Review, interned for Justice Laurie D. Zelon of the California Court of Appeal (2nd Dist.), and worked with Public Counsel and the National Immigration Law Center.
