Jeffrey P.M. Lewis

Jeffrey P.M. Lewis is an associate attorney at Carlson & Jayakumar LLP where his practice encompasses all aspects of healthcare-related business transactions and regulatory issues. He has represented a wide range of clients including healthcare technology and biotech startups, medical device manufacturers, medical spas, hospital systems, and physician groups. He has advised clients through venture capital financing, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has defended clients against government investigations regarding various financial and regulatory compliance issues. Mr. Lewis also has experience in employment issues related to the healthcare industry and has assisted clients in conducting internal investigations regarding employee misconduct, sexual harassment, and retaliation. Mr. Lewis earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of San Diego.
