Kevin E. Mueller

Kevin E. Mueller is an associate attorney at Carlson & Jayakumar LLP, where he practices all aspects of employment law and related litigation. Mr. Mueller has extensive litigation experience representing clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. He has also evaluated cases and claims on potential liability, defenses, insurance coverage, and scope of damages, and has supplied advisory opinions to a wide range of clients related to legal issues arising in day-to-day operations.

Mr. Mueller has also provided guidance and recommendations to public and private entity client employers regarding legal issues related to insurance coverage, governmental guidelines and orders, contract disputes, and the revision of contracts to address potential risk and liability arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. Mueller earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
