At Carlson & Jayakumar, we appreciate that big or small, companies can play a pivotal part in helping to shape their communities through volunteering, donations, and thoughtful leadership. As residents with families in Orange County, we have particular passions for certain causes and wanted to share some of the organizations we have been supporting for over a decade now.
Pacifica Christian High School, Orange County
At Pacifica Christian High School, they teach students to think and live well. They do this by providing a college-prepatory, liberal arts education for students from all backgrounds and neighborhoods. Learning to think and live well is a life-long journey. Pacifica’s mission and vision is to approach education as a joy-instilling, freedom-producing adventure, and provide graduates with a foundation for success in college, life, work, and faith.
Founding partner, Keith W. Carlson, is a co-founder and Chairman of the Board for Pacifica Christian High School, Orange County.
The Wooden Floor
The Wooden Floor inspires and transforms the lives of young people through the power of dance and access to higher education. In Orange County and through their national licensed partners, they use a long-term approach grounded in exploratory dance education to foster the confidence and gifts within each child to innovate, communicate, and collaborate – skills necessary for success in school and in life.
Founding partner, Jehan N. Jayakumar, is a long-time supporter and currently Chair of the Board of Directors (2024, 2025).
Epilepsy Support Network of Orange County
The Epilepsy Support Network of Orange County (ESNOC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2009 by a committed group of compassionate, vision-driven people determined to provide urgent support and essential services to the estimated 38,000 Orange County residents and their families living with epilepsy. They are committed to building a community of support to improve the lives of those affected by epilepsy through education, programs, and advocacy.
Senior Counsel, Kathy W. Nichols, is an active volunteer and President of The Epilepsy Support Network of Orange County.
