Erika A. Iler

Erika A. Iler is an associate attorney at Carlson & Jayakumar LLP. She is a trial attorney and litigator with experience in jury and bench trials as well as arbitrations. Ms. Iler has practiced law since 2004 with a focus in business litigation, corporate investigations, and regulatory compliance. At Carlson & Jayakumar, Ms. Iler practices employment law, healthcare law, and related litigation. Ms. Iler represents a variety of clients including physicians, licensed healthcare professionals, professional corporations, medical groups and individuals. Ms. Iler also advises licensed healthcare professionals and medical groups regarding corporate and healthcare laws.

Prior to joining Carlson & Jayakumar, Ms. Iler practiced business litigation with an emphasis in government contracts and regulated industries and commercial collections. She has experience representing government contractors, institutional lenders, trade creditors, investors, landlords, companies and individuals in a wide variety of disputes, including matters involving creditors’ rights, breach of contract, enforcement of notes and guarantees, breach of lease, business torts, and trade secrets claims.

Ms. Iler received her J.D. in 2004 from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Ms. Iler received her B.A. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001. Ms. Iler is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Employment Law Section and Labor and Health Care Law Section.
