Nima A. Jalali

Nima A. Jalali is a senior associate attorney at Carlson & Jayakumar LLP, where he practices all aspects of employment law and related litigation. Mr. Jalali has represented employers in a wide range of matters related to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and employee discipline. Mr. Jalali also has extensive experience representing clients before state and federal agencies, including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Industrial Relations, and the Office of Administrative Hearings.

Mr. Jalali earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, at Loyola Law School and is a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, he participated in the Scott Moot Court program where he placed as a regional champion and national finalist in the 2016 ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Mr. Jalali also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
