Happy New Year!

As we close the chapter on 2025, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude for your trust and partnership with Carlson and Jayakumar. We know you have a choice in your legal counsel, and partnering with you has been a privilege.

In addition, we’re thrilled to announce that Keith Carlson has been elected the 2026 Secretary/Treasurer Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) Healthcare Law Section! This elected position allows him to secure selection to move to Chair-Elect in 2027 and Chair in 2028. We know he will be a welcome addition to the Healthcare Law Section leadership, making a positive impact on the Association. 

We also want to recognize and thank Kathy Nichols for her exceptional contributions and unwavering commitment these past three years, most recently as Chair of the OCBA Healthcare Law Section.  We are so proud to have back-to-back representation from Carlson and Jayakumar within this notable Orange County legal organization!
